| Serial Number | Pin Function | describe |
RX_P | Ethernet receives RX+ signal;
RX_N | Ethernet receives RX- signal;
TX_P | Ethernet transmits TX+ signal;
TX_N | Ethernet transmits TX- signal;
NC | Default is floating;
NC | Default is floating;
TXD | For serial port data transmission, TTL level communication voltage is only supported at 3.3V. If 5V is connected, level conversion is required.
NC | Default is floating;
NC | Default is floating;
RXD | For serial port data reception, TTL level communication voltage is only supported at 3.3V. If 5V is connected, level conversion is required.
485_EN | The serial port operates in full-duplex mode by default. If an external RS485 chip is connected, a 1k pull-down resistor is connected to this pin, and the pin function becomes an RS485 enable control pin. It is set high when the serial port sends data and low under normal conditions.
GND | Grounding;
ON | WiFi antenna pins;
ANT_GND | Grounding the antenna reduces interference;
RST | External reset input, valid for a low level of more than 100ns, with internal weak pull-up;
NC | Default is floating;
LINK | High: Network cable not connected; 2Hz square wave: Network cable connected normally but link not connected; Low: Network link connected successfully;
NC | Default is floating;
NC | Default is floating;
IO_RST | Factory reset pins, internal weak pull-up, can be connected to an external reset button, low level for 5~10s restores factory settings; low level for 200~800ms restarts the device;
NC | Default is floating;
TX_LED | The serial port data transmission LED indicator outputs a high level by default and a 10Hz square wave when transmitting data.
GND | Common ground terminal, negative power input terminal;
VCC | A DC 3.1~6V positive input power supply is required. If a 5.0V power supply is used, a load capacity of 300mA or higher is recommended.
GND | Common ground terminal, negative power input terminal;
RX_LED | The serial port data receiving LED indicator outputs a high level by default and a 10Hz square wave when receiving data.
NC | Default is floating;
NC | Default is floating;
NC | Default is floating;
NC | Default is floating;
LINKLED | The 100M PHY indicator light goes high after successful PHY negotiation and flashes when data is being transmitted or received.
SPDLED | The 10M PHY indicator light goes low after successful PHY negotiation and flashes when data is being transmitted or received.
NC | Default is floating;
NC | Default is floating;
VOUT | 3.3V@50mA, providing a maximum output capacity of 50mA.
GND | Common ground terminal, negative power input terminal;
